Marche is the Legal Intern at the Law Office of Matthew Lathrop, where she supports the firm’s mission to provide thoughtful, client-focused legal services. She graduated from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Management (Pre-Law) and a minor in Legal Studies.
Graduating as a proud first-generation college student from Hawai‘i, Marche’s biggest drive is to serve her community by making legal knowledge and services accessible to people of all economic backgrounds.
While attending Creighton, Marche was an active member of campus life. She played in the Creighton University Pep Band—Roll Jays!—as a dedicated member of the saxophone section, traveling annually to the Big East tournaments in Connecticut and New York. In her senior year, she served as Pep Band President, conducting the band at every volleyball and basketball home game. She was also involved with Hui ‘O Hawai‘i, a club dedicated to sharing the culture and aloha spirit of Hawai‘i with the Omaha community.
In her free time, Marche enjoys trying out new recipes, spending time with friends, and connecting with new people. She approaches every task with a fresh, positive attitude and a genuine passion for the work she does.
